Abstract
The purpose of this study is to introduce BGF retail’s creating shared value (CSV) activities. The study investigates how BGF retail were developing, making an effort, and overcoming some challenges while they are implementing CSV activities. BGF Bridge and CU Sessack store focus on solving the various social problems such as local communities disaster response and job creation for disadvantaged group of people. BGF retail makes a great effort to solve the social problems as well as pursuit their profits using their logistics and distribution channel infrastructure. In order to succeed, all their activities had to take long times to communicate and build up trust relationship with stakeholder and many other related institution in the society. As a conclusion, all the companies that pursuit successful CSV should have strong corporate mission for the social contribution, identify our social problems which they can manage, long- term business plan and collaborate with related institution, and persistent efforts.
