Abstract

Under the severe global competition of modern society, the cooperations face the tasks of new market creation and sustainable management; meanwhile, urges of local society, based on win-win strategy and cooperation from the interested parties have been constantly increased. From this point of view, a concept of CSV (creating shared value) is settling down not merely as one of the choices on the plate, but the mandatory element, thus, diverse studies on successful sample or strategical measure of CSV is at demanded state. This research explains on the introduction of social intrapreneurship of Samsung Electronics and Eisai Korea, furthermore, depicts the significant element of success, through the assay of process and examination of cooperation environment to create CSV on the brass ring. Social intrapreneurship is behaviors to connect the social/environmental issues with business in the organization, in order to create innovative value, for that reason, the concept of social intrapreneurship casted its light differently upon from social entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship. Throughout suggesting the solution on field that has been alienated in management or issued in local society, and at the same time bring out the lucrative result for organization, social intrapreneurship contributes on creating shared value and its existence has great significance. ‘Hatbit Theater’ from Samsung Electronics and ‘Play aid kit’ from Eisai Korea graciously met the standard as successful sample of pursuing the supporting policy and working environment on cooperation level, rigidly customized strategy, cooperation with other firms, applying systematical methology, and constant development and improvement of product. However, CSV can not be measured its successful outcome in short-term. Plus, in recognition that activities of social intrapreneurship is at the early stage, it is logical to comment that continuous support of cooperation, based on profound and firm management philosophy, consistent effort of interested parties are definitely needed.
