Cyber university began six years ago, it has been experienced in opportunities and difficulties of quantity and quality. Especially, bring on a change a point of time from off-line to on-line of future education paradigm, many people more and more interested in, representative of on-line education, cyber university. The purpose of this study was to investigate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of cyber university. Based on a state of affairs cyber university, the literature review, and the SWOT analysis, I recommended strategies for the growth of it.
