The Factors Influencing Performance of e-Learning in Company Education

Abstract
The management education program of corporation has focused on e-learning in digital environment due to the development of information technology. Many advanced and effective e-learning methods are adopted to satisfy both needs of employee and company. Recently, companies want to need an e-learning system directly related to employees’ performance. In this study, factors influencing performance of e-learning based on GBS (Goal Based Scenario). Especially, this study examined the factors influencing the satisfaction and usefulness of education using empirical data of “S” company which had e-learning system based on GBS for managers. As results, education contents affected usefulness and satisfaction of e-learning. Also usefulness and satisfaction of e-learning had significant relationship, and contents structure affected satisfaction of e-learning. But Interactivity of e-learning system partially affected satisfaction of e-learning, and learning behaviors did not affect satisfaction of e-learning.
