We also focus on identifying additional factors, which affect the quality of the digital content-oriented website and customer satisfaction, in order to conduct more accurate measure of website quality and better determine the relationship between the quality of digital content-oriented website and customer satisfaction. We suggest an improved evaluation model of digital content-oriented website by expanding the existing 3C-D-T model.
