The business success is fundamental base of nation wealth. But the difficulty is not to start an enterprise, but to carry it to final succes. That is the why a government make constant efforts to raise up the success rate of business creation. The Graduate school of Entrepreneurial Management(GEM) could be one of major support systems for guaranteeing business success & flexible market adoption of not matured enterprise. This thesis aimed to evaluate the current GEM educational program by surveying the GEM students’ opinion for the GEM’s Educational Program Improvement. The most important factor found by this study is to be the Sustainable GEM. and We verified social & educational value of GEM for business success & educational model of business creation. For more successful results, the government & University should prepare more efficient evaluation system and specific program in business fields. the most important thing is the business founder to have “good will” for business success as ambitious entrepreneur.
