Abstract
This paper is basically focused on the managing customer value creation of the PACIFIC. Co. Specially, within the live situation of customer value creation in PACIFIC.Co, the authors tried to identify the success factors and mechanism of customer value creation. Success factors such as visionary leadership, flexible organizational system making organizational learning possible, sophiscated and efficient business process, continuous innovation and improvement, and employee satisfaction are driven by in-depth case study.
