This paper attempts to suggest a methodological process of case writing & teaching, regarding domestic business education environment. The first part of paper introduced the importance & definitions of case methods. Then, the main discussion is divided by two parts such as writing and teaching. For the writing part, the 8 steps which includes case origin, establishing leads, initial contact, data collection, the writing process, release and disguise, teaching note, and revise, are proposed. Especially, the 5 items which are opening paragraph, company background, subject background, subject development process, alternatives, and wrap-up, are suggested for the case main contents. The specific contents and notice of the case teaching part is suggested according to 3 steps which are prerequisites for teaching with cases, classroom 3 process, and evaluation and feedback.
